SUPPLIER COMPARISON

Compare tennis-uniform suppliers on the details that matter.

A useful comparison is specific to your team, season, and buying process. Use this checklist to turn sales conversations into apples-to-apples decisions.

EVALUATION FRAMEWORK

Six fields that belong in every comparison.

CompareQuestions to ask
Team fitDo they regularly support high schools, clubs, academies, college clubs, or adult leagues like yours?
Minimums & sizingWhat is the minimum order? Are women’s, men’s, youth, extended, and replacement sizes available?
CustomizationWhich garment styles, decoration methods, logo placements, names, and numbers are included?
TimelineWhen is the proof due, when does production begin, and what delivery date can they commit to after approval?
School purchasingDo they accept purchase orders, tax-exempt documentation, or school payment workflows?
Reorder policyCan they reproduce this design next season or add one player later? What will the incremental cost be?

AVOID THESE MISTAKES

Do not choose solely on a first-line price.

Confirm all-in costs and the order path in writing. A lower garment price can be erased by setup charges, shipping, rush fees, a missed delivery date, or an inflexible reorder policy.
